Acuity Legal Limited are appointed advisers under the legal framework for the Sussex Consortium. Since 2011 we have delivered a series of one-day seminars on legal and other topics for members of the Consortium and, more recently, for members of ORBIS Public Law.  We are holding a one-day seminar at County Hall, Chichester on Friday 19th January 2018 in conjunction with West Sussex County Council, for members of both of these organisations.

The seminar will cover a range of legal, commercial and financial topics: Trading Powers & Trading Vehicles, Evaluation of Bids (including financial evaluation), Managing the Early Stages of Disputes, Procurement Disputes & Litigation, Property Disputes & Litigation and Employment (TUPE issues and recent developments).  Mike Read, partner at Grant Thornton, will present a session on financial evaluation of bids.
