Acuity Legal is delighted to have acted for renewable energy company, Kinetica Energy Ltd, on its sale of an offshore wind project to FiftyID.
The sale of the Burnley-based project was structured by way of a share sale and involved a detailed and complex due diligence and disclosure exercise.
Kinetica Energy Ltd was established in 2011 and has offices in Manchester and Cardiff. The company specialises in the development and operation of renewable energy projects in the UK and Europe.
The sale was led by Christian Farrow, corporate partner and head of the energy team at Acuity Legal, with support from associate Stuart Bechares, Real Estate and associate Natalie Jones, Corporate and Commercial.
