Our public sector and property teams are experienced in providing advice on planning law and practice in respect of a range of developments and projects as well as on matters of procedure and interpretation of legislation and guidance, including:

- section 106 agreements and unilateral agreements;
- revocation orders;
- formation of planning policies;
- compulsory purchase orders including dealing with "special land" and compensation;
- enforcement; and
- public inquiries.

Our team includes lawyers who have worked in-house at local authorities and have provided planning advice to those authorities.

Members of our team have substantial experience acting on behalf of both the public and the private sector and have had experience of the Law Society’s Planning Panel and Lands Chamber matters.
