Jared joined Acuity as a legal assistant in 2014 after graduating from Swansea University and provided a wide range of legal support to fee- earners from across the firm. Soon after, he began studying towards the LPC at Cardiff Law School on a part- time basis. Shortly after passing the LPC with a commendation, Jared commenced his training contract at Acuity.
Jared's first seat was in the Commercial Projects team where he provided commercial, procurement and public law advice and support to Acuity’s public sector clients. Jared's second seat was spread between both the Commercial Projects and Employment teams. This arrangement meant that Jared could continue to be involved with the complex and ongoing matters within the Commercial Projects team whilst also gaining invaluable experience, both contentious and non-contentious, from the Employment team.
Jared is now in the Dispute Resolution team and is assisting with a number of complex and high-value litigation and other contentious matters including professional negligence claims, partnership disputes, and a number of insolvency matters.
