Professional Background

Phil was educated at Cardiff University where he completed his bachelor of laws degree and master of laws degree. Phil completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff Law School. Phil trained with Acuity and qualified as a solicitor in October 2009.

Area of Practice

Phil's area of practice is corporate and commercial with a focus on corporate advice and transactions. Phil has assisted on a variety of business and share acquisitions and disposals and has advised on a number of shareholders' arrangements and investments.

Phil has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial documents including terms and conditions, agency and distribution agreements and supply agreements. Phil has also advised clients on the exploitation and protection of intellectual property rights.

Phil has significant experience in relation to dental acquisitions and has advised a number of dental clients on the sale and purchase of dental practices.
