Area of Practice
Jon’s area of practice is corporate and commercial focusing on corporate transactions. Since qualification he has conducted a number of high-profile share sales and assisted on two group reorganisations. Jon is a member of Acuity’s renewable energy team and recently assisted sales by Eco2 Limited, including the disposal of its straw-powered biomass project in Sleaford, Lincolnshire in a landmark £170m+ deal.
Jon also provides advice to a number of Acuity’s sports clients including the Welsh Rugby Players’ Association and the Endgame Group Limited.
