Professional Background
Gareth studied at Exeter University and UWE Bristol (LPC). He trained and qualified in 2006 as a solicitor with Capital Law LLP in Cardiff, where he spent five years. Gareth joined Acuity in January 2010 becoming an Associate in December 2011.
Area of Practice
Gareth specialises in commercial property advising on the acquisition, disposal, letting and funding of commercial property including retail, industrial and office properties. Gareth has particular experience of strategic land acquisition and disposal including acting on behalf of landowners and developers in joint venture and collaboration agreements across England and Wales. He has acted on a number of large property and refinancing transactions on behalf of Rightacres Property Co Limited, PMG Group, Associated British Ports and the Capital Retail Park Partnership.
Gareth also acts for a number of high net worth individuals in the acquisition and disposal of investment properties.
