Bethan joined Acuity in April 2017 as a solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial team. Prior to joining Acuity, she spent five years at a leading regional firm where she first worked as a paralegal before completing her training contract in 2016.
Bethan deals with a range of corporate transactions and commercial projects including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, investments, group restructures and joint ventures. She also provides advice on general commercial contracts, framework agreements and terms and conditions.

Bethan also has experience of advising on corporate and commercial matters for numerous public sector bodies in Wales.
Bethan completed her law degree at Swansea University in 2010 qualifying with a first class honours degree. After taking a year out of her studies to travel, Bethan went on to gain a distinction on her LPC at Cardiff Law School in 2012.
Outside of work, Bethan enjoys keeping fit and over the years has taken part in several endurance challenges to raise money for charity, including the Cardiff Half Marathon in 2017 and 2013, the Welsh Three Peaks in 2015 and the National Three Peaks in 2016.
