We also advise on the employment aspects of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions as well as outsourcing.  Typical corporate transactional support could include due diligence, drafting and negotiating warranties and indemnities, advising on redundancy programmes, executive terminations, changing terms and conditions of employment and the effect of TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings).
